The Crown Regency Hotel located at Cebu City, Philppines has a new type of coaster. It's called a "Edge Coaster" and is part of this hotel high flying adventure rides at the top of a 40-story high hotel. Here a sample of what the hotel promotes their edge coaster.
a. Edge Coaster
Uniquely the world's very first and only amusement ride of its kind, the Edge Coaster goes around the edge of the building while riders are strapped onto a rail seat. Riders can indulge in a breathtaking view of the city and playfully pull a lever that can tilt their seats up to 55 degrees.

This is all part of the hotel sky adventure rides and experience. There a swing around the hotel on a cord and a ride that spin you on the top of the hotel.

The spin around is in las Vegas, not in Cebu City

Neat! I saw the concept art for this awhile back. I think its limited to tall structures such as sky scraper buildings, otherwise it would be really dull lol. I like it and would definitely like to try it. Come on Vegas! Lets get on it!  Laughing
