By far a great interview. I get the feeling that Mr. Wardley is a wizard when it comes to the theme park world. It's sad to hear that Six Flags will never do a true dark ride. It's a shame because most of the licenses property that Six Flags has are truly noteworthy. DC comics, and Looney Tunes have such great potential for being dark rides. There hasn't been many dark rides to feature the Looney Tunes character though out the years. While Six Flags over Georgia has Monster Mansion and Six Flag's over Texas has Yosemite Sam and The Gold River Adventure there just a few of those rare dark rides that has survival over a period of time.
I don't know about WB's studios or the fans of Looney Tunes, but I think that somebody like Disney or Universal are the only ones who could bring justice in having a dark ride for the Looney Tunes characters or DC comics characters. I would like to see dark rides based on this properties, but if Six Flags don't see the promise of trying to do one, then they will fail to realize a big potential for the families at their parks when the competition swipe those characters under the feet. Here's hoping somebody tries at least even if it's the tried-n-true Shoot'em up dark rides that seem to be the only thing Cedar Fair or Six Flag's willing to do. But for my money, and someone who experiences the best dark ride of 2008 called "Nights in White Satin" at formerly know "Hard Rock Park" and Busch Gardens "Curse of Dark Kastle" there are other companies beside Disney or Universal that can do dark ride just as good as the other guy's.

^Yeah, it is a shame that Six Flags feels it's unnecessary to create a new dark ride, but that is only for Magic Mountain and I believe that's just because of location (Disneyland and Universal are heavy competitors).
