I don't think I have a favorite, but I wouldn't mind Thunderhead and Mystery Mine @ Dollywood all day lol. I really don't have one I hate. I really do wish I could go to Bobbejaanland so I can ride Revolution because my defunct home park is Opryland and I really loved Chaos when i was younger and I haven't rode it since I was 9. So it would be nice to ride that once again... it probably wont be as scary and fun as it was when I was younger lol.

Opryland....was there when i was like 4....dont really remember much..i have an on-ride photo on the log flume.
But anydangway pickin a fav is hard, for best overall ride I'd have to say the Mummy...i know not really on peoples tops but the overall ride experience on it was timeless. From the great themed que to the ride itself was all executed wonderfuly. I get my mild thrills along with a great themed....ummm...kinda....well darkride i guess. I still miss Kong(boo hoo) I still need to get to some more of the cedar fair parks...hear great things about them. Maby I can find a new one.
Worst ride...wow....maby not worst...but it was a big dissipointment...Maverick(kinda my home park of Cedar Point) I know someone is gonna disagree but let me rant for a sec.
Maverick was gonna be this sweet new one of a kind coaster...sadly it felt more like a corkscrew/magnum hybrid...had the speed and slickness of the the maverability of a quick little steel like the corkscrew....but end the end....it just hurt me more than anything...not what i thought it would be.

My most hated roller coasters were Beast and next is Texas Giant. My most hated flat rides are Mega Bounce (Cypress Gardens), and the Hi Roller.
My favorite roller coasters are Deja Vu, and Screamin' Eagle. My favorite flat rides are the Zipper, and the Orbiter (some of them - not all).

It pains me to see the Beast on anyone's most hated list, but coasters are subjective.
Favorite all around coaster Millenium Force. There is nothing better than speed and big hills, in a coaster.
Favorite Woodie- the one and only Beast.
Least favorite- Every shuttle coaster I have ever ridden. I may be getting old, but doing loops backwards make me feel sick.

^Don't worry Wylder... I'm not a huge fan of going through loops backwards either. I put up with it, but I'm not crazy about it either.
My favorite coaster is Medusa (SFDK) followed closely by Tatsu, but I have a lot of other coaster that are right up there too. I'm just not good at picking one.
I don't really hate any roller coaster. I love all roller coasters, a little bit at least. I'm not a huge fan of Grizzly (PGA) because it is slow and boring, but I'll still ride it.

LOL, R.C. I'm exactly the same way about Grizzly, every time I go to PGA I think, is it really as bad as I remember and every time I get off holding my sides wondering why the heck I rode on it again!!! LOL
Medusa is definitely in my top 2 or 3 of favorite steel coasters too. unbeatably smooth.

*Just noticed that I'm reviving old threads *
Most hated: Meanstreak, Ghostrider, and all Vekoma Boomerangs.
Most Loved: Riddler's Revenge. I love the stand-up portion, and the inversions are intense! I'm an overal B&M fanboy though And, if you're wondering, I'm one of those who annoyingly clink the seat belt at the end brake run
Oh! Only B&M I hate would be Silver Bullet. Roughest B&M I've ever been on.

Thanx for reviving this thread Rollerman87; I noticed I never put my 2 cents in.
Most Hated - Grizzly at California's Great America
Most Loved - Depends on my mood; could be Goliath or Tatsu, possibly Montu.... maybe the Mummy in Orlando. I'm indecisive.
BTW- you're killing me with the Silver Bullet comment... Ouch! I find the maneuvers of that ride awesome, but I am a strange one.

^What can I say, Silver Bullet has a good layout, but poor upkeep. Plus, it destroyed any astetics from that area.
It's weird. Since working at Knott's, I find myself more drawn to the park as a whole than just coasters

favorite rideViper at Darien lake[first coaster to have 5 inversions] is my favorite. It have short line because of it's epic long path leading up to the station building. I ride it at least 10 times a visit. It's smooth, and a great ride. The tunnel is also nice!

What! Silver Bullet is great. Ghostrider too although it is the embodiment of a rough ride. Of the suspended coasters I've experienced, all have been great. Especially Montu and Dueling Dragons. For its size, Silver Bullet puts it out there.
Worst: 'Whiplash' aka Flashback, SFMM. Rest in pieces. Glad I outlived it. Psyclone too.
Favorite: no, can't do it. Goliath / Tatsu / X2 / Disneyland's Space Mt (yeah, really)

Wait, wait, wait, wait just a cotton pickin minute!!!??? How can you hate Ghostrider?! That's crazy talk! LOL LOL LOL Someone, stat, take his temperature!!!
Sure, it beats the bejesus out of you and you almost snap your spine in the middle on that drop after the brake run......It's so worth it! LOL
I LOVE Ghostrider. love it, love it, love it. Yeah, i get off holding my sides and kind of walk with a limp for a while after but I love it, so so much. It's like an abusive relationship, i guess.....LOL maybe i need an intervention. LOL
oh yeah, and I loved Silver Bullet, even though it's not silver and I don't think a bullet would take that sort of flight path either......hmmm.
I am like you though, Rollerman, I appreciate the park for the entire experience. i think it is so awesome. Plus it just takes me back to when i was a kid, the first time i went to the park.

Sadly, after going on Batman after so long, and after only going Silver Bullet recently, Silver Bullet was knocked down another notch Batman just didn't let up at all. I forgot how intense a ride it was
The one thing I do have to say is even though Ghostrider sucks (not taking that back ), the theming for that ride is probably the best in the park. The only other coaster with that extensive of theming would be Jaguar.

LOL, okay agree to disagree, deal? LOL
We didn't get on batman this time around, i think the line was too long or something, but i wanted to.........I will have to make an effort to go on it next time. I think it's been, gosh, years and years since we've been on it.
But I really liked Silver Bullet, I thought some of the moves it made were somewhat unpredictable (don't ask me which parts, I don't remember, LOL) and I appreciate that.

What's with the California floorless coasters and the parking lot theme?

^You mean the amazing, clone-of-Medusa, parking lot themed Scream It's a good ride, but hey, they ran out of ideas. The funniest part though, is I rode Colossus at WCB, and low and behold, the turnaround next to the final brake run has old parking lot stripes on it I started laughing when I saw that.
