Washuzan Highland park in Japan has a coaster power totally by foot. This coaster is called the Skycycle and it's pedal power is just one of the examples of some new green coaster. I bet new meaning will be given to the saying "the loop, there's the loop"*
Coasterfuciaism say's "one who power he's own coaster, is one who enjoy's the ride". I thought that meaning was full of $#@#, but after seeing these video of the skycoaster I see the meaning in it. Link
Another coaster that is green is the Alpine Coaster in Park City in Utah.
This coaster is built at a mountain. So you ride up the hill and fly down at 30 mph. The crazy thing is you control the brakes, so if you can handle it. It's up to you how slow you want to take it.
This park is really cool. There's zipline down a hill and a body skateboard type of downhill ride.

The Sky Cycle ride has to be the most lame idea EVER!
I don't know about that, in fact, I think that's pretty cynical of you actually, the scenery and view is pretty spectacular.......and you are up a decent height and basically completely exposed. Held only by, what, a metal boxing belt? I think it would be a cool experience, actually.
Come on, did you see the view?!
And, did you go on Rod Pockets? Come on, seriously, lamest ride idea ever.
^I could care less what the view is. I'm at a frickin' Theme Park and I have to use effort?! My own leg power. Plus, you won't be able to check out the view; if you stop to look the five cyclists (yes - I said cyclists) behind you will start yelling at you to GOOOO!
Oh, we have some Alpine Slides in Gatlinburg near Dollywood. They're at a place named Ober Gatlinburg and they're really fun and almost scary if you reach the right speed.
