This is a year of some many great passing's. As, everybody already knows Roy E. Disney pass away and with it a great legacy of accomplishments. Now I believe Roy E. Disney might be the last of the Disney family name to be involve with the company, leaving a great void of the family name active in the company. But from what been said and written about Roy E. Disney is that he has been a savior to the company for years bring the same quality and passion to what his father and uncle as we know as Walt and Roy Disney done in the past. Having twice quite to keep Walt Disney company from become a museum in the late 70 - 80's fighting the corporate mentally and bring back Disney quality films. He brought Michael Eisner and Frank Wells to the company in the 80's that begin a great era of theme park expansion, great films, TV shows, songs, etc. He even fought for Disney quality again in the 21 century fighting with Michael Eisner due to his micro management and the transformation of a soulless company motto that Eisner had grown into. So here's to the last of a great Disney family. Miss, admire we all thank you for keeping the dream alive and "keep moving forward"
Also a shout out to Dan O'Bannon. Many might not know his name but you know his work. He is the co-writer of Alien. Alien was a big part of my past. Loving the Alien movies at least the first two movies he created a icon of a character that has live long into history. Thanks for all his work. Rip in peace.

Roy E. Disney will be surely missed. I loved how he fought for the quality of the company by revitalizing the animation division and advocating for more attention to the theme parks.
