uh... ... pure laziness. Embarassed

I haven't listed the show notes lately because of a few reasons:
-I've been posting links on the main blog page for the episode.
-It takes a lot of time and effort to collect and set up the notes.
-The show notes do not receive very many hits. It seems that listeners aren't very interested.

However, I'll try to put some extra time to the side to post a simplified version of Show Notes for the future.
