In one word I can say "champions". This is because this was the win that show nothing is impossible and there is still hope in making the impossible happen. The New Orleans Saint's are the new Super Bowl champion and with that a city which I have a personal connection too has the light which can bring the great crescent city hope from great adversity. Like the curse Red Sox, New Orleans "Saints" now have broken a rep that shows that they can do it. Who Dat, they say? Super Bowl Champs Saint's that's who. Congratulation.
With something new something else must go. This is something that nothing new but has been a long time coming. MTV:The Music Television will no longer call it self Music Television. Just MTV now.

Just like good old Apple Computers now Apple, Inc. This name drop and logo change is the sign that everything changes someday. While today's MTV is nothing of the past and reality shows are now the feature of the channel. I miss those good old day's of music videos, but with MTV2, VH1, VH1 classic, and youtube.com, there's no really need to say MTV needs to play music video again. I remember those great shows like Yo, MTV Raps, Amp, Headbangers ball, Alternative Nations, The Cutting Edge, Friday Night Fights, MTV Jams, and MTV Unplugged. These where some great shows, and just a shame for what we get is something like UH, The Hills, Rich Girls, and of course the trash you can't watch but have too Jersey Shore. When Michael Jackson pass away, MTV did something different played music videos. It was great to see the channel played what it started out with and with the tribute to Michael by playing his videos it seem that a era has pass by. Well Goodbye, MTV:Music Television. I always remember what it use to be instead of, uhh, this.

You know, the other morning I was lying in bed, roaming through some of the music channels (which I almost never do) and I started watching VH1, and mused to myself if MTV would be showing any music...which of course they were not.
It's really sad to me, the way things have developed.....I'm sorry, I think that most of the shows that MTV shows are absolute crap! I can't believe they started out with The Buggles and ended up with 16 and pregnant.....sad.
