From what this patent shows, this look to be part of that Disney next generation experience research. This new patent shows a lot of things you can get with this E-ticket format. One of them is theme park tickets, but think image fast pass, or dinner plans, or buying merchandise and having them wait at the gate or your hotel. Also, a while back Jim Hill Media posted a article about fast pass on cell phones or buying and setting up plans form your hotel TV. Think about it, this wireless itunes could be part of the next gen plans. Maybe you can get a ride to say your name or your kids name. This all could be possible with this patent. Also, Steve Jobs owns 49% of Disney and runs Apple, inc. This all sound very in tune with how Apple is poise to be the primer devices for all your needs in life.
