Season Pass Photoshop fun.
Welcome to photoshop fun on the Season Pass. For a while there many other fan web sites that has done there own photoshop fun post like www.themeparkreview.com/, so why not have one for the Season Pass. The Photoshop fun begins with the mock up of Eddie Murphy Beverly Hill's Cop 3. Replacing Eddie with Doug and having him hold a mic while keeping the background of that crazy looking coaster makes it prefect for the Season Pass promo art. Here's the original poster.
I always thought the this poster look awesome, even if the movie didn't. I surprise no one talk's about this movie since it's one of the few movies like Rollercoaster to deal with the theme park as part of the story. Also, isn't this part of the your home park for many of the California listens, as well as, our host of the Season Pass?
Here's another mock photo from the RollerCoaster movie DVD. Showing the team brings a lot of drama to the classic coaster movie.
Here's what the original DVD cover looks like.
Here's something I hope is coming soon along with the new design for the Season Pass web site is The Season Pass iphone app.
Could an iphone or ipad app be on the way?
I think the Season Pass new web site design should more about the great content that has build up during the life of the podcast. While news is ok to do. I see the great parthership the Season Pass has with Theme Park Review, Rideworld, and Theme Park Syndicate as great sources to link to for news in the the theme park industry.
Even Flanders got a membership to the Season Pass.
This is a little Simspon fun with Ned having a membership card to the Season Pass(which would be cool to have). You know back in early Season Pass shows when they used to do the voice work from a lot of pop culture references like King of the Hill, Mr. Burns, and Austin Powers. But the one voice I was surprise they never use was Ned Flanders saying the words "Season Pass". Mainly because Ned does say that in the show episode where Roger Dangerfield played Mr. Burns son. Good episode.
Here's some more Rollercoaster movie fun. This from the Laser disc version of the Rollercoaster movie edition.
Listen to Woody Wood Pecker here.
This is from the great video game Universal Theme park adventure. Many will have fond memories of what was the another bad theme park video game, but it had great art work. There's even some real photo's from some of the Season Pass great adventures at the theme parks with the fans.
Here's the original art work on how that look.
Now here's some artwork from an idea www.CoasterRadio.com had for one of it's shows, where what weekend event would you like to see at the theme park.
Star Trek Weekend would be prefect to bring back to the theme parks. Also, with the new film being more easy to watch for a new audience it also would be great to bring back a Star Trek attraction to the theme parks again.
Man I hope this comes true.
Another IP if very fond of and hope to see again at a theme park is James Bond. All these years and still only one time has Bond ever had an attraction.
There a lot of history in the Bond universes and with the new reboot it's would be great to see a weekend of bad Conney impression and great cos play too. I hope it happens, I would love to see a James Bond ride again.
Well I hope you all had fun with these photoshop mock ups. Now I'm NOT an expert. I actually use a freeware called "Gimp" to do these mock up's. Please don't curse me out. I never said I was a pro, so anybody want's to share and do more photoshop fun like what you see here. Post them up. I know there's a lot of you guy's with talent so maybe a good idea may come out from the fun. I hope you had a laugh and Sorry Doug, if this doesn't bring any fun, just thought I'll could try something like the other guy's are doing. _________________
Haha! Wow! That's pretty funny... a little scary though.
Thanks for the suggestions on the website. We have been in the works for a new & fresh website, but it takes a lot of time; especially when there are four people in completely different cities working together on it. Hopefully we'll see the new season pass site up by Fall.
